La Casita "The Little House" is a quaint and comfortable out building set off from the villa with enough privacy for newlyweds or a small family group, or for those who prefer to be on the ground floor.
It has its own living room, kitchen and dining area and an elegant deep blue tiled bathroom. The bedroom features a queen bed and there is a daybed in the living room which will sleep one adult or two children quite comfortably. The Casita is equipped with a clothes washer/dryer and television/DVD player.
Guests of the Casita seem to enjoy sneaking into the pool at odd hours of the day, or all day long! Did we mention that the entire Casita is fully air conditioned?
Amenities & Special Services
All rentals include full use of the pool, outdoor and indoor games, video library, CD's, books, terraza, grounds of the Villa, laundry facilities, outdoor grills, refreshment center w/honor bar and basic concierge services** (arrangements for rental car, dinner and/or sight-seeing reservations). Everything from beach towels, pots and pans, plates, transportation to and from the ferry or airport as well as bedding is provided by Villa Vista Linda. Upon your arrival, the refrigerator(s) will be stocked with food and juices for your first breakfast on the island. We give you the keys and wish you a pleasant week at our beautiful Villa.
Housekeeping Services**
Add $300.00 to the base price if you desire daily housekeeping services.
Welcome Dinner**
After your long day of traveling, as you unwind, unpack and take a dip in the pool, our cook prepares a traditional home-cooked Puerto Rican dinner for you and your party. The cost for this service is an additional fixed price of $25.00 per adult, $10.00 for children under the age of 12, there is no additional charge for children under the age of 5.
Rates & Reservation
The Casita (which also has a sofa bed suitable for one adult or teen, or two small children). 1 Bedroom with a Maximum 4 Guests: $2,500/$3,500 per week*
The Casita plus one bedroom and bath located on the lower level off of the terraza 2 Bedrooms Maximum 6 Guests: $3,000/$4,000 per week*
*The higher rates listed for each rental reflect the base price during the high demand seasons of Christmas, New Year's week, President's week and Easter.
