Villa Nyita Linda is our two story retreat with a sensational beachfront view. This oceanfront / beachfront vacation villa rental is ideal for couples, large families and reunions, as it consists of two separate living quarters. Villa Nyita Linda offers two separate units that can be rented together and we also welcome smaller parties who wish to rent half the home. The villa features a private refreshing pool with ocean views. Everything you need during your stay is nearby from a grocery store, a health store and gorgeous beaches.
The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and the first floor has 3 bedrooms. Each unit offers 2 baths, kitchen, living, dining area and comfortable bedrooms. The home is decorated in casual Caribbean style with rattan furniture, floral prints, candle scones and lively color enhancing each room.

Our relaxing vacation home sits on a knoll above a rocky ledge with expansive views of the Atlantic ocean, Puerto Rico, Culebra and the town of Isabel ll. Nyita Linda also overlooks a quaint sandy beach where our family finds pleasure in short strolls, shell hunting, swimming and great snorkeling over the coral reef in front. Those who prefer fresh water cool-offs will enjoy our refreshing pool. We are located on the windward side of the island where gentle breezes often bring a welcome addition to the day.Vieques is a quiet island but does offer numerous activities: dozens of secluded pristine beaches, hiking in the largest National Park in the Caribbean, exploring, snorkeling, scuba, night swimming in the bio-illumination bay, horseback riding, sea kayaking, saltwater viewing tanks, museums. You can go deep sea fishing, or bring your own gear and fish out front or at the pier. There is an array of wonderful restaurants offering Puerto Rican, Indian, European, Oriental and American cuisine.

High Season Rates December 19th - January 6th Sept / Oct special - 20% off weekly rate The rental policy: To secure your dates I will send you a lease, you send back a signed copy and a check for 50% of the rental amount. Thirty days prior to your arrival the remaining 50% is due along with the damage deposit. The deposit is returned within 30 days after your departure as long as everything is left undamaged. The cancellation policy: There is a full refund as long as the rental dates on the lease are re-rented. The ins and outs of renting: If you decide to rent the villa we can give you important phone numbers to help you organize your vacation and answer any of your questions before and during your visit. Our managers are available 24 hours a day for your convenience. Each year our family discovers something new about Vieques that makes it even more enchanting. I have made a welcome letter that I share with our guests. It tells of our favorite things to enjoy on this lovely island.
