Travel to Puerto Rico is very convenient since all major airlines fly to Puerto Rico. All staff at the airport speaks are bilingual so no need to worry about language barriers, you will feel right at home.

If you love to travel and fly often (or even if you don't), I highly recommend that you join a GOOD miles program. I have received a number of free airline tickets just by joining a Miles Program.Most airline companies will offer you a Miles Program but I have found that unless you are faithful to the airlines company and always fly the same airline it really does not pay to bother to join a specific Airline Company Miles Program.
