• Accommodations Forms - You will be asked to provide your e-mail on our forms in order for the property owners / managers to be able to respond to your request and for confirmation purposes. You will be given the option to provide some personal information in order for owners to understand your vacation needs. Your phone number is requested in order for you to be contacted with answers to questions you may have asked. Sometimes our visitors make errors when providing us with their e-mail address so having their phone number allows owners to respond to your request. NOTE: When you make a request for a hotel / guest house you are sending the information to the owner directly, so at that time we cannot assure the protection of the information you provide them.

• General Forms used in our site - We use forms instead of the regular e-mail links in order to protect ourselves from SPAM and online threats. When you send us a message on the form we track the IP address. Your IP address may vary each time you visit, or it may be the same, depending on whether you access our site through an always-on type of Internet connection or through a dial-up connection. Your IP address does not reveal or collect personal information. All of this information is used only in the aggregate; that is, it is entered into our database, where we use it to generate overall reports on our visitors, but not individual reports. This information is also collected for quality assurance to our sponsors.
