Welcome to EvaMer rentals on the beautiful island of Vieques, Puerto Rico. We are located on the north shore of the island, better known as "The quiet side of paradise about a 5 minute drive from the airport or a 5 minute drive from the ferry terminal.
EvaMer is an oceanfront property overlooking one of the most secluded beaches at Playa Monte Santo. All rooms have an ocean view with Culebra Island and the main island of Puerto Rico as a backdrop.
Take a dip in the infinity pool and enjoy the view of the bay with the small town, Isabel Segunda, on its other side or pull up a lounge chair, sip on a nice glass of wine and gaze up at the stars on the private deck. Evamer is a great place for couples or you may rent the whole place for weddings, family reunions and get togethers. There's even a large BBQ pit for outdoor cooking.
Guest Rooms / CottagesEach room has ceiling fans for the daytime and A/C for the nighttime. Also kitchenettes, satellite TV, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and other amenities. The villas have private secluded patios. Common facilities include the pool, a large fully furnished sundeck, and a comfortable staircase all the way to the beach.MiraMar at Evamer
Beachfront Villa with an ocean view even from your bed. A private terrace right on the ocean cliff surrounded by palm trees is the perfect place to lounge around or enjoy an ocean view breakfast. MiraMar has a queen sized bed, ceiling fans and A/C, seating area, satellite TV, DVD player, inside and outside showers, and kitchenette including medium sized refrigerator, utensils, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, cabinets, and sink.

This studio is beautifully decorated and furnished with a queen bed, A/C, ceiling fans, satellite TV, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, utensils, and hot plate. From a small front porch you have a view of a lovely garden and the Atlantic ocean.
El Cottage at Evamer
El Cottage - Spawned from the old San Juan style homes; this villa is designed with high ceilings and a beautiful courtyard. The huge front doors open up to a porch with a gorgeous view of the pool and ocean and of Culebra Island and Isabella Segunda as a backdrop.
The room consists of a king sized bed, A/C, ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD player, Jacuzzi/hot tub in backyard, custom made bathroom, kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, cabinets, sink, and utensils. Just steps away from the pool, this Villa has a wonderful view of the ocean and of Isabella Segunda from the front porch and is furnished with a king sized bed, A/C and ceiling fans, satellite TV, DVD player, outside shower, sitting area with pull-out couch and kitchenette equipped with small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, sink, and utensils. Situated on a second floor, this studio has a beautiful view of the entire property and has a patio which is great for a hammock or just to take in the view. The room consists of two full beds (side-by-side, or seperate), A/C, ceiling fans, satellite TV, kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate and utensils.
Services & Amenities at Evamer - Isla de ViequesInfiniti Pool, BBQ pit, secure off-street parkingWe here at EvaMer would like you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest, so on request with reservation we would be glad to pick up odds and ends (i.e. bottled water, soft drinks, eggs, bread, etc..) to have in your room on arrival for a $15.00 charge. Sometimes, by the time you get here, check-in, get your car, it can be pretty late. So, it is always nice to know that you have something when you get here. Also, you don't necessarily want to spend your day in the grocery store when you could be out enjoying the beach.
