We'll will get back to you within 24 hours. Payment by credit card, (MasterCard or Visa), travelers check or money order. Sorry no American Express. Deposit of 50% is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation and the remaining 50% is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Cancellation Fee of 15% of the total will be applied if notification is received at least 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Deposits will be refunded minus the 15% cancellation fee, only if the unit is rented to another party. Short Term stays less than a week are pro-rated from the weekly (6 nights/7days) rate plus a $10 per night/per bedroom service fee fee to cover the additional cleaning of the unit.. Additional Guest beyond the 2 per bedroom will be charged $20 per night
