Cookie's Paradise features two units each with their own fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and barbecue. This family friendly vacation rental is conveniently located with easy access to both the north and south beaches of the island.

Two Rentals Available

Cookie's Paradise offers two units that can be rented out separately. Big families, groups of friends would enjoy renting both rentals each offering comfort and privacy.

Four Bedroom Villa includes a master bath with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains.

Two bedrooms include queen size beds
One bedroom has 2 full size beds
Fourth bedroom has a full size bed.

Each master bedroom includes Flat screen televisions, air conditioning and one has a treadmill.

Both rental units include dish network satellite with all premium channels and WiFi (internet access). They both have their own laundry room.

Just bring your swimsuits and sunblock, we provide beach towels, coolers, beach chairs and even a portable barbecue for the beach.

there is a property manager who will pick up the guest at the airport or Ferry and will help with car rentals tours and even grocery shopping as well as if you would like a tipical Puerto Rican mea cooked for you at the premises. You can even rent Cookies paradise Santa Fe SUV for $50/day.

Cookie's Paradise is a great place for an intimate Caribbean wedding, birthday party or other special event. Let us know what you have in mind and we will give you additional information, we have very reasonable event charges.

Rates & Reservations

Two (2) Bedroom Villa with pool - $175/night or $975/week
Four (4) Bedroom Villa - $225/night or $1275 / week
Entire Property (both units) - $400/night or $2150/week

- A Hyundai Santa Fe SUV car is available for rent upon request.
- House can be rented as 2 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, or 6 bedrooms.
- There is a 3 night minimum.
- 50% due upon booking and 50% 30days prior to arrival.

- If you cancel for any reason you have one year to rebook.
