Casa Lucia is air conditioned, however the ocean breezes flowing through the villa will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the stunning views of the azure waters of Vieques. The entire house has Dish Network TV with HBO and Stars. The great room has a 60" widescreen TV for your viewing pleasure.
Enjoy the beaches by day, and refresh by the infinity edge pool at night. Come back to Casa Lucia to relax by the pool as you enjoy a home cooked meal on the inviting patio.
Guest Rooms at Casa LuciaMaster Bedroom The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor with a small balcony that overlooks the great-room. There is a roomy wall closet, king size bed, and bathroom with luxurious deep soaking tub. There is also a single fold-out futon which can accommodate a child or young adult.
 The most desirable part of the master bedroom is the view. The full-width sliding glass door allows you to step out on to the balcony and overlook the pool, the Vieques sound, the mainland of Puerto Rico and Culebra. At night you can see the twinkle of the lights on the mainland or the passing of the ferry.
Downstairs Bedrooms The main floor has two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious full bath and a powder bath. One bedroom contains a queen size bed with double futon in the sitting area.
 The second bedroom suite on the first floor features two twin beds for additional guests or the kids. For the family vacationers, there is pack and play for your convenience.

Rates & Reservations at Casa Lucia December 15, 2009 - April 14, 2011: - $3,200 per weekApril 15, 2010 - December 14, 2010 - $2400 per week. Four Night MinimumHolidays Rates 2010 & 2011 (Christmas / New Years) - $4500 one week minimum- Booking Deposit: For all periods, a down payment of 50% is due upon booking your reservation, with 50% of the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, the booking deposit will be 100% of the total term rent.
 Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit (signed check, Visa, Amex or MasterCard), is required upon arrival, to be returned and/or voided within 30 days of departure provided there are no charges arising from damage, missing inventory, excessive cleaning or telephone charges.
Payment: Payment made is to be made in U.S. Dollars by PayPal, Visa, Amex, MasterCard or a certified check.
Confirmation: A confirmation notice is provided after booking.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit (Visa, Amex or MasterCard), is required, to be returned and/or voided within 30 days of departure provided
Cancellation Policy: Vacation properties are rented far in advance. It is, therefore, difficult to fill a vacancy as the rental term approaches. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the starting day of this agreement, the owner will try to re-rent the property, with a goal of receiving the total rent indicated in this agreement. If the owner is able to find a suitable booking guest at an amount equal or greater than the rent, the owner will refund to the guest any amounts the guest has paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the owner is unable to do so, any amounts paid by the guest may be forfeited. Any cancellation received by the owner less than 30 days before the beginning date of this agreement shall result in a forfeit of all money received from the guest, provided, however, that the $500.00 security deposit will be returned. There are no refunds for the Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving periods. There will be no refunds for early departure. There will be a $50.00 cancellation fee applied to any cancellations made within 30 days prior to the rental term if the property is re-rented for the stated term. Should the owner be unsuccessful in re-renting the property for the term in the agreement any money provided by the guest may be forfeited.
