The upstairs two-bedroom apartment features two large bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a sunny living room with high ceilings, eat-in kitchen, and a 30-foot long deck with stunning ocean views. It very comfortably sleeps four people. The two-bedroom casita is separate from the main house, but still just steps from the pool. It features two queen-sized bedrooms, a full modern kitchen and dining room, sunny living room with french doors opening to a private patio, and full bathroom. It has a large private roof deck with beautiful ocean views. It very comfortably sleeps four people. You'll also have shared use of a washer & dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and of course use of the grounds, the beautiful pool and pool bar, and the secluded beach just 100 feet away. HOLIDAY SEASON 2005 / 2006 (December 17 - January 7, and February 18-26): Each of the two-bedroom units is $1800 per week. Please contact us for stays shorter than one week (4-night minimum). Rates include airport or ferry pickup and transportation to the house. We require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and the remainder must be paid within a week of arrival. Each rental unit features air conditioning, satellite TV, linens & towels, beach chairs and coolers, king or queen beds and private parking. Each apartment has a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen. 
HIGH SEASON 2005 / 2006 (Thanksgiving week 2005 through April 30, 2006): Each of the two-bedroom units is $1600 per week.
