Casa Alta Vida

by The Homies
(IL & NY)

Very nice house located on top of the hill. There were lots of Chickens and Roosters on adjoining properties that kept us entertained. Although, I thought they only crowed in the morning. WRONG. The house was well equiped but is ready for some maintenance. Shrubs and trees need to be trimmed as the beautiful view is quickly disappearing. The pool was very nice for a quick dip. Convienently located near towns and beaches. There is a school just around the corner so if you like to sleep, this may not be the place for you. Our party of 6 (all adults) enjoyed nights on the deck and found that running the AC in your room at night drowns out the farm sounds. Take a knife sharpener with you if you plan to cook much. Buy great bread at the smaller stores and bakeries. Eat at the Patio, Island Steakhouse and Quenepos. All were wonderful. Our favorite beach was Blue Beach. We'll be back!
