Bioluminescence

the bay was awesome...the snorkling not as good as culebra,,but fun,,employees from the blue crab restaraunt stole my wallet with 500 dollars and my license ..that was lame dont ever go there...I was very surprised when the owner of the restaraunt didnt even do anything but said "well help you track it down,,its a small island"..hmmm...i had to go thru hell..the soup there was campbells vegetable soup with crab in it,so the food wasnt worth the 25 dollars per plate at all.not even 25 cents,,bland mofongo for 50 dollars....so dont go to the blue crab....and they need to learn how to use a trash can in vieques...there is sooooo much trash everywhere..wtf people...and stop begging for money and cut some free coconuts and stick a straw in it and sell it,,not one person on the island does that..i know how you puerto ricans hate to grow your own food and put your garbage in a can...but damn..you are screwing up that island..you just live there its not yours to screw up...
