Avoid Cape Air

Cape Air employees are poorly trained and quite rude. They misquoted rates on multiple occasions. When questioned about their errors they failed to take responsibility.

I will never fly with them again.

Unfortunately, I felt as if they were attempting to separate me from my money at every opportunity.

Choose an alternative carrier, if possible.
