The house features two bedrooms, a bath with a large walk in rain shower, fully equipped granite kitchen (gas cook top, microwave/convection oven, fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, blender…) and small inside lounge area. From the large open-air living/dining area steps lead down to a comfortable pool deck and the infinity pool facing the ocean. There is an outdoor shower by the saline pool.Spectacular sunrises over the nature reserve as you do your morning yoga on the wooden wrap around deck. At sunset you can swim in complete seclusion in the private pool. Enjoy the balmy eastern trade winds while sipping on a sunset cocktail by the pool or dine al fresco under the stars. When you feel the need for a little sophistication, French master chef Alain Ducasse (Plaza Athénée restaurant in Paris and Ardour at St Regis in New York) is collaborating the W hotels to open MIX on the beach, a french take on Caribbean cuisine.If you prefer to be your own master chef there are groceries stores around the island where you can find a variety of food to prepare at the villa. Rates & Reservation Policies- October 1- December 25: - $ 1,800/ week- December 26 - April 30: - $ 2,200/ week - May 1 - September 30: - $ 1,600/ week - $280/night - Minimum of 3 nights is required. - SECURITY DEPOSIT - A $500 security deposit is required and is fully refundable. If no damage is found, we will refund the $500 back to you. In case of damage, we will refund all that is not needed to cover damage. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If the cancellation is made thirty (30) days before the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee will be reimbursed and if cancellation happens 15 days before arrival date no reimbursement will be made. There are no refunds for the Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving periods. There will be no refunds for early departure.
